Leave Oporto by the A4, direction Vila Real / Amarante. Near Amarante go till the end of the A4 motorway, and get into the IP4, direction Vila Real. After 3 kilometres in the IP4, take the N101 road, direction Mesão frio / Régua; after Mesão Frio take Régua direction.

Cross Régua, allways near the Douro river and in the crossing to the old bridge take Sta Marta de Penaguião direction. After 500 metres from the crossing you will see Quinta de São Domingos, on your left.
